    Default Subscription renewal difficulties

    Hi, I had a 6m plat subscription which expired, been trying to renew it with ccbill and can't renew; ccbill gives an error message saying I already have a subscription. I've tried logging out and clearing cookies but to no avail. Can anyone assist?
