I think he's saying either not a girl, or not who she says she is, or someone just trying to wind people up who isn't actually willing to go through with what she says. That's the general meaning of such suspicion on here.

I'm not saying I disbelieve her myself...in fact I'm more inclined to believe a more cautious woman is "real".
