I know exactly the scene you're talking about. She is just called Cassandra and she's Canadian. The scene is one she did with Brandon Iron in 'Throat Gaggers 4' in 2003. Very hard to find anything on her. I've got some, I'll look around.

I searched, and generally found she dropped out of the industry at some point. Did a small handful of gigs, though 'retired' I'd say. A shame.
