I recognize one of the stills from a Rodney Moore film. The blonde woman with the red and white dress.
This was when it was a short lived fad that several film makers were doing this stuff for video.
Most of the stuff was European (French I think), then the women would walk down the street in broad daylight.

I wish someone would start again.
