I run the newest version of ZoneAlarm Pro with out any problems viewing things here at FF.

You can (if you trust me) make screendumps of all the setup windows in ZoneAlarm and send them to me by e-mail (paste the screendump pictures in a single wordprocessor document)

Another solution (and here you have to really trust me) is to allow me log on your computer (remote control it).
