During my search for the elusive video i came across these:

There are a lot of the favorite girls from COHF there including Tina but sadly the video remains elusive

It seems that the majority of the original footage from COHF has been destined to the archives

There is also a yahoo groups forum dedicated to Tina but that seems to have died off a while ago as well, this features a few clips of her and some user generated content too.
