Yes there was a bit of confusion there. Verification is preferred but not mandatory. In the past the winners are usually verified, and rightly so. We have had problems with people trying to fake their way in before.

No,most people vote for verified members,if you want you can verify in private or simply post a photo holding a sign.Only needs to be done once and we keep track of who is verified.Pm Val if you would like to do it privately.And of course,thanks for posting the great photos.
