Why don't put a limit in THIS part of the forum ?
I mean if users haven't posted 10 or 15 messages into free forums it will be not possible for them to see the pics from "The competition" (but possible to see the ones from other parts of the free forum)
I hope have been clear because my english is not very good....
It could be a first solution...
