Well, I am actually a vegetarian, so that probably affects my consistency and color. I also take a zinc supplement, l-arginine, and l-lysine pills. I've heard these helped others, so I tried them out and they worked.
Also, I jerk off until I'm about to blow, but don't. Repeat for 2-3 days and then blast your woman!
Oh, and stay hydrated too. Lots of water, at least 6 cups a day.

As for the supplements, I take 30mg, chelated. You shouldn't exceed about 50 mg, otherwise you will probably start feeling sick. The only high sources of zinc are oysters and beef shanks. Other foods are 5mg per serving or less, so you don't have to worry about toxicity really.
Other supplements: Lecithin 1200 mg, and L-Lysine 500 mg.

Rad. I've been a vegetarian for about 8 years now? Give or take. It's great, but can be difficult at times.

Thanks for the advice. I'm going to have to pick up some Lecithin and L-Lysine tonight and see if they make an appreciable difference. I'm not sure I could go 4 days without cumming though.
