Hey Bobby, what program(s) do you use to make these?

I use virtualDub in combination with photoshop. While it is an effective combination, it's a little time consuming.

I use ULead Gif Animator 5. Always found Photoshop a bit of a pain when it came to gifs.

I have a rather long-winded written tutorial on how to use it that I've sent to a few people who've PM'ed me. And a video tutorial that probably makes it easier to understand.
