I don't want to cast doubts on KingFacial007's description of having an orgasm without losing the cum or the sex drive. But this really sounds like retrograde-ejaculation. If the male body fully begins and carries out the contractions of climax the testes fire. The cum leaves the testes. If the path out is blocked then some or all of it simply goes into the bladder and dissolves in the urine. This is normally the result of some medical problem but it can be from being deliberately blocked. So it should not allow for larger loads later. This is quite different from ALMOST attaining climax and then backing off. Anyone interested can just google retrograde-ejaculation for more info.
