I would say that pre-cum doesn't taste like anything.
Semen can taste all different ways. It always tastes like semen but sometimes it tastes better than at other times.

Precum usually doesn't taste much, cum has much more taste. So if you enjoy the taste, of course cum taste better, if you don't like it, precum taste better.
