What I dont get is what makes a particular photo "amateur", best as I can tell its bad photography...almost every photo in this thread is from a paysite (usually an old one)

I like both amateur and pro. There is a lot of good things to be found in both. Plus, there is a lot of gray area between amateurs and pros. Not all of it can be separated just on the basis of one gets paid and the others don't. Some women do just one, or a few, paid porn sessions mainly because they want to be able to brag about it or just to experience it. So you can't really call them pros in the same way you would a pro filming her 100th scene.

Yes of course you can't seperate it in every case - for example sky from AF (or all the other models from AF) or the cohf-Stuff (whether you like it or not) they all get paid but in some way the models still look natural - they look like girls you could meet in your neighbourhood
Of course "real" pros even can look like that and for sure there are pros who like what they are doing (and get there payment as a bonus )
but at least the amateur porn simulates it better - at least in my opinion

On the one hand you don't know if the models got money or if the paysite just uses their pics
on the other hand I just didn't know that (maybe I'm not long enough at buisness
and until now never paid for a site) but I wouldn't care because the important thing is they look like amateurs (at least for me)

And yes I think it's really a bit about bad(worse) photography
