Ah yep, I've tried Kegels, but haven't noticed a change yet. How long did it take before you noticed any differences from doing them and what sort of exercise routine did you have with it? Thanks!
Yeah I would excersize every night for 15 mins before I went to sleep.
Squeeze and hold for 2 sec. then repeat for 15 mins make sure to really squeeze your muscle. You should be pretty tired after your done.
