Must have been '97 or '98 just searching random clips as a 13/14 year old. I can't pin point the picture or video since it was just some random clip i found and i have no real clue who the girl was in the clip and no clue who produced it and I wasn't particularly wise on figuring that kind of thing out back then.

I still remember the clip pretty well though, some cute younger looking girl with an older seeming guy, he asked her to stick her tongue out and proceeded to spray her tongue and got a blast or two up on her nose and cheek region.
