I don't think you can, sorry.

It seems to me you can only have a poll with choices (like the monthly comp), doesn't look like you can have seperate yes/no questions.

Thanks, Elgrego. Too bad, it was going to be a good one. I figured I would get a lot more responses if it was anonymous. I will figure out a different way to do it.
