Of course... I say thats ok to just dress up, but put some work into it- make it above and beyond the norm . Some people celebrate Halloween scary- ghouls, ghosts, vampires, zombies, etc- while others celebrate just for the fun of dressing up. Super heroes are also popular costumes. But most girls use Halloween as a chance to dress slutty and not be judged... And im ok with that! Its all in good facial fun!
