You are mostly correct. I think I found commentary in a thread stating that they were "taking a break".

Luckily nothing states that you can't come out of retirement. But I have my doubts...

My 2 cents: I had noticed a while back that Adele's vids had been pulled from a certain "pro/am paysite" that she had performed for a couple of times and wondered myself what was up. (Does anyone know if said vids are still down or back up?) I do hope they are both well and the selfish (and pervy) side of me really REALLY hopes that they return to making and posting some of the greatest homemade & amateur porn that I've ever had the privilege of witnessing and fapping myself silly to!!!

Hmm, the last time I checked her vids were still live on two websites who deeply care about facials.

But those vids are pretty old and I can't seem to find any recent content.

Unfortunately it looks like she's retired
