I thought I'd start a new daily thread of girls flashing their nice tits or in other cases having them exposed in surprise by others. Years ago in the greater Boston (USA) area where I live, a radio station started a feature called "Whip 'em out Wednesday". Usually it occurred in cars or trucks and if a person in a vehicle held up a sign with "WOW" at a woman in another vehicle , or even a woman on the street it was a challenge for them to flash their tits.
I don't think anyone thought it would become as widespread and popular as it did! It was like Mardi Gras without anything else save the tit flashing. What made it nuts was women who one would never imagine flashing their tits would playfully indulge, probably due to the anonymity and safety of being in a vehicle and mobile. College girls, housewives, young chicks ( sometimes too young!), older women (sometimes too old too!), fat chicks, ugly chicks and knockouts. Even professional women in business attire would get into the act as would some girls in vehicles with men in them, presumably boyfriends or husbands.
It was lightheartly tolerated by police before it was stopped not because it was a decency issue but because it began to pose a traffic safety issue.
Great stuff. Always nice to see the tits get revealed. Sounds like it was a great time and fun by every one, but can see how could cause distracted driving 😁
