Freezing Cum Techniques

Risky in what sense, loss of taste or the problem of freezing/thawing/refreezing creating bacteria ?

Since I saw it in the video I wonder, mostly because it's a convenient way to make a cumsicle (not having the bother to keep filling up a mold)

Moreover I saw photos of frozen cumsicles (in this thread) with the stem on so I really dont understand how you can fill the mold while having the stem inside ??
