So I am going to be working up a batch for my lady friend next week and I am going to go the whole 9 yards with it. Im going to eat rice and starchy foods, drink lots of water, and most of all I am going to struggle to save up for about week, jerking off everyday almost to climax and then backing down, hoping I don't bust a nut. Trying to make my load as big and think as possible to make sure she gets enough protien per serving.(any other load increasing tips you guys have would be greatly appreciated.)
