Heya Charlie Brown. She's still quite active regularly doing new stuff for her site.
These first two pics are from sets she's done in recent months. You can see more screen caps in the home section of her website. The rest are from one of my favourite sets - Swallow My Lady. It's not a huge facial, (due to the swallowing), but she just looks incredible.
She's not only the nastiest, but easily one of the best looking ever.

Check out that fanpage I mentioned if you're on facebook, or otherwise her myspace page (just the name 'queenylove' after the usual myspace address) - she posts a lot of her underwear modeling shots on there. Might be just what you're after.
