No experience with this, but seems like the best solution would to go somewhere you could add it fresh in a mens room stall, or alternatively perhaps you could go back to the car while at the club to unload, and bring your fresh load in. If nothing else, it would be thicker and not so much a watery addition to the drink which seems like it would be more fun to see her drink.
