Hey long time lurker here, nice tutorial for ulead but i was wonder how you would split footage into multiple gifs. Would you split the video before importing or would you manually delete segments in ulead etc?

There is just some stuff you cant show in under 100 frames :P
Iv used imageready before for gifs but the real challenge is keeping the file under 1mb.
