Just spent a while trying to trace her but no luck, sorry. I checked through Wicked contract girls past and present but couldn't see her. I can't remember where I found that picture.
Would also be interested to know if anyone else can help - she's very cute.

Having established it's Tessa Taylor, a celebration is in order, I think. Here she is showing her body off...

... and last but not least, in fact last but most, is her extremely pretty face, adorned with pigtails, a smile, and man-muck. It doesn't get much better.
I think I preferred her with black hair, though, but what the hell.
