Pedro: I think you will be impressed with my performance and my work ethics and skills. I appreciate your incentive bonus, but would like for you to add an additional bonus for services rendered after normal hours and for bringing in new referrals. I believe that as your head supervisor, I could increase the size of your business and help with future expansion. I hope that we can cum to an acceptable agreement for my compensation based upon the assets that I bring to your company.
