Yeah, don't get me wrong, I'd much rather have nice small boobs over a poorly-done surgery.

In my humble opinion, "fake" boobs looks great in clothes but often not so much naked (there are exceptions of course).
Ultimately, the important thing for a women is to feel comfortable with her body, "fake" boobs or not :
