    this works for me....zinc tabs,pumpkin oil capsules,selenium tabs and saw palmetto capsules!just make sure ya consume a few of each right after a big meal cause they will make ya puke on an empty stomach.

    My semen volume lowered dramatically over the past several months, which has been particularly disappointing because I found a couple of women at parties and swing clubs who like taking facials. Having read many times about zinc and L-lysine, I finally decided to give them a try.

    Default Bigger Loads

    I have found that taking Lecithin supplements have worked VERY well for me. Better than any thing else I have tried.

    Prior to taking Lecithin, I usually would shoot a fairly average sized load. Not bad, but I wanted to go bigger for the GFs sake. (she loves it)
    Then I discovered Lecithin. I take two 1200 mg capsules every day, usually with breakfast and dinner. After only a couple of days I noticed a BIG increase in the size and thickness of my cumshot. I also take Zinc and drink lots of water. (Both of these also help) But I definitely recommend Lecithin. It's cheap, ($8 for 200 capsules) and is sold in every drugstore you can find.

    The most I ever came was after I had spent a week on antibiotics. I didn't put two and two together at the time, but recently read that others had experienced the same thing. I was lucky enough to be with a girlfriend at the time - and it was unusual enough for her to say "wow, I am impressed!" when she saw my load - but i don't think i would go as far as recommending antibiotics for this problem in general!!

    It would be a very bad idea. There is a real problem with antibiotics these days: we have been taking them so much that now our bodies are more ressistant to their effects and, therefore, they are less effective against infections. So, better if we only take them when it's medically needed.

    I think zinc tablets work the best. I've tried and it actually works.
    Other than that, eat healthy and exercise a lot.

    Me and my girlfriend also make our own porn movies. I have a filmschool backround so I write the srceenplays and use my DIY kino flo lighting, Final Cut Pro editing software, Canon DSLR. They get better and more pro every time we shoot one but we aren't planning to share it with the rest of the world to maintain our privacy and image.

    Anyway, I'm quit a facial nut too and like to spray as much cum on my GF's face as possible. I searched countless forums on the this subject and did quit some tests already. I've already tried using a healthy diet with a daily dose of fresh pineapple smoothie and orange juice. I tried supplements like zinc, soya lecithin, maca, l-arginine and lysine. Although I must do some more test with the zinc but I haven't noticed that much of a difference so far. I guess a healthy diet is still the best what you can do what concerns consumption.

    I found out that staying dry for at least a week to 10 days is the way to go. At least that's how long I wait before we go shoot a scene. It takes usually a day to do the scene, with my GF doing her hair and make-up taking already have a day, but also rehearsing the takes with dialogue, setting up the lighting, etc...
    I also drink a load of water during the day. When by the end of the day we get to the facial shot I'm so aroused of waiting and walking around with a hard on that I have blue balls. Before I'm about to cover my GF's pretty face I jerk off as I build up my orgasm and reject before I'm about to cum which will in the end make me shoot more and especially further away. I do this for about 10 to 20 minutes until I can't hold it any longer (it asks a lot of patience from my GF too ). When I finally cum it's like a fountain and I can even feel the orgasm up to my balls.

    My GF is still very impressed each time we do a scene and I cum on her face. I maybe don't shoot as much as Peter North but I come surprisingly close sometimes.     So if I sum up my advice:

    - Don't cum for at least a week to 10 days, or even 2 weeks but it's hard!

    - Have a healthy diet with a lot of fresh green vegetables (include zinc) and fruit with Vitamin C

    On the day you're about to cum:

    - drink a LOT of water throughout the day (this will give you're cum more consistency but you'll shoot more and further).

    - try to be aroused for as long as possible (for hours), have sex and have you or your girlfriend stimulate yourself in the meantime.

    - Most importantly: build your cum by staying on the edge for as long as you can bare or hold out. Cut off your orgasm at the last moment when you're about to cum. Do this for at least 10 to 20 minutes and you'll be surprised.

    Anyway, you should experiment with this exercise a bit and see what works best for yourself. good luck and have fun!
