Yeahh the hint woth a big bowl of water is right to get it perfekt. But it also depends on the donor. If the cum is watery when cumming, then it wont get thick like glue when defrosting it...
Unfortunally to say that the pic is obviously fake. I have thawed frozen cum very often and before i drank frozen/defrosted cum, i also tried with other substances to get something to play with and what looks and feels like cum.

I'd imagine the results would be pretty runny and foul tasting/smelling after sitting out at room temp. Just curious: why wouldn't you want to freeze it?
