Thwe tattoos are a sure sign of desperation. They're a response to the girl feeling she hasn't really made it and suggest a last-ditch grab for mens' attention. Problem is the tats pretty much guarantee the girl won't be allowed at the top table of bimbodom. They've disqualified themselves.
