I agree. For some reason, those not into the smoking fetish genre' feel they can jump in and bash those who are. We all have different fetishes and tastes and should be respectful of that. It's like not liking anal and jumping on every anal thread and commenting on how much the writer feels it's disgusting. I understand some of the negative aspects of smoking and dislike those myself but I still have a huge fetish for the visuals of an elegant or sexy woman smoking during sex, in porn or in person.
