The story goes a colleague of hers was browsing the local Fetlife profiles (as you do) and stumbled across her account. There were several pictures of her at gangbangs and the like but all the pictures had her face partially censored - however her smile gave her away. Anyway, this got out at her work place and eventually it got back to her. She deleted and purged all her content and that's why it's been difficult to find.
I'll keep an eye out for more though and post it here if I do.
