Don't mean to piss on your parade, but there is no reason why the virus would not be transmitted via semen and there are preprint papers suggesting that the virus is present and can survive for a long time in the fluid. What is more the virus attacks people through the nose, mouth and throat.

Be careful out there. Make sure people are properly vaccinated at the very least. Long COVID is no joke even if your initial illness is not very severe.
