I think I remember one of the JM production bukkakes being like that - maybe not full on laughing but they were definitely chuckling and pushing the girls buttons. she was having a really hard time with the bukkake and hated that they were calling her a bitch and stuff. the atmosphere was of complete disregard for her feelings and it was pretty light and fun for the guys as they continued on with the process. i forget which one it was. probably not what you are looking for but what came to mind.
