The Drop Inn in Hamburg. This is where the biggest scum of Europe hangs out. Drugs are dealt and consumed openly on the street. Tolerated by the Hanseatic city of Hamburg. It doesn't take much luck to approach a halfway decent-looking woman for our purposes. However, any physical contact should be avoided for health reasons. But it's perfectly suited for urinating and spitting on for 10 euros. I think this kind of thing only happens in Trump's America. Feel free to post.
