It looks like they used real footage of Summer Day's bukkake from American Bukkake Live. Notice at the start of the scene she is not wearing earrings or a necklace. But when the scene cuts to shots of her faced all glazed up she is wearing the pink earrings and necklace that she was wearing in her actual bukkake. They pulled a fast one and made everyone think those shots were fake, when only the set-up was staged.
